Stuart works in Clarion’s Commercial Dispute Resolution (CDR) Department and has acted on many commercial disputes for corporate and individual clients in Leeds and across Yorkshire.
“I work closely with my clients to identify the background to the dispute, the market they operate within and their commercial objectives. I then take a robust but pragmatic approach to the resolution of the dispute. I have experience of a number of high value contested cases and also of a range of alternative methods of dispute resolution. In all these areas I am a firm believer in open, clear and jargon free communication.
“Amongst the disputes that I have dealt with, I have acted on breach of contract, defamation and professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes and property litigation cases.
