Mark has over 20 years’ experience representing people going through divorce with particular speciality in resolving disputes about family money. Clarion’s Managing Partner, Mark is also responsible for leading the practice in the delivery of high quality, commercially priced legal services to all our clients throughout Leeds, Yorkshire, the UK and Europe.

“If someone was looking after my mother in these circumstances, how would I expect them to go about it?” This is the benchmark thinking that I apply to all the clients I meet and work with.

“I enjoy working with clients, my aim always to act as an expert guide through a complicated legal environment; deciding with them the best solution to their legal issue and delivering that solution in a certain, practical and commercial way.

“I started my working life at Clarion in 1988 and have worked with clients over a very wide variety of legal areas. A business owner, property owner and father, I do genuinely understand the day to day issues of running a business and the complexities of life! The family work I now undertake is highly specialised, however, given my extensive experience in the early part of my career I do work with many clients not necessarily going through a divorce. In these instances I am able to ensure that my colleagues here at Clarion are on hand to offer specialist expertise as and when required.
