A partner within our dispute resolution team and working predominantly across the North of England and UK wide, Paul is a very experienced commercial litigator specialising in property and construction litigation.

A member of the Property Litigation Association, I work across the full range of property disputes, including land tribunals and leasehold tribunal work, fostering long-term client relationships and collaborative professional partnerships, both within Clarion and wider.
