Heading up our commercial dispute resolution team, Simon is a highly rated and respected commercial litigator with 18 years’ experience of litigating high value, complex commercial disputes. Primarily contractual in nature Simon’s work also encompasses professional negligence claims, property related disputes, commercial contracts, partnership and shareholder disputes and civil fraud matters.
